Article 1 What is がん@魅せ技
“がん@魅せ技” is a general term for Internet information services for doctors, video distribution services, email distribution, and other services provided by CareNet Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CareNet).
Article 2 Members
”がん@魅せ技” members (hereinafter referred to as 'members') are Japanese medical license holders who have registered their personal information and other information on 「がん@魅せ技」 and whose information has been approved by CareNet. refers to a person.
After such membership registration and approval, the physician member will be able to use the member services of “がん@魅せ技”(hereinafter referred to as 'member services').When a member registers as a member of “がん@魅せ技”, he or she is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Members themselves shall be responsible for the content of information registered by members.
Registered information may be edited or deleted by the member at any time.
Members shall use “がん@魅せ技” with their own will and responsibility.
If CareNet determines that there is an error in the content registered as a member, it may modify or delete the content without prior notice.
Members shall use and manage their registered member ID and password at their own risk, and under no circumstances may they be used or transferred to a third party.
Article 3 Notification
Members shall promptly notify CareNet of any changes to their e-mail address or other information registered with “がん@魅せ技”
Article 4 Change of registered information, etc
If CareNet is unable to confirm the member's medical qualifications, CareNet may change the occupational information.
If it is discovered that the registered information has changed or is incorrect due to publicly known/officially used information or information obtained fairly, CareNet will change or amend the information. shall be able to do so.
Article 5 Prohibited acts
Members shall not engage in the following acts.
Act of intentionally registering false information.
Acts of lending or transferring your ID or password to others for use.
Acts of illegally using the ID or password of another physician member.
Acts that infringe on the rights of others, such as copyright, trademark rights, privacy rights, name rights, portrait rights, honor, etc.
Acts that slander individuals or groups.
Acts that violate laws or public order and morals, or that may be likely to do so.
Acts that may interfere with the services of “がん@魅せ技”or other acts that CareNet deems inappropriate.
Copying, selling, publishing, or otherwise using information obtained through “がん@魅せ技” beyond the scope of personal use.
Acts of using the services of “がん@魅せ技” for commercial purposes.
Acts that interfere with the operation of “がん@魅せ技” or acts that damage the trust of CareNet.
Article 6 Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw from membership, you may do so at any time by following the prescribed procedures.
All personal information will be deleted once the withdrawal procedure is completed. If you wish to use the service again, it will be treated as a new registration.
If there is no access within a certain period determined by CareNet, your registration may be canceled.
Article 7 Expulsion
CareNet may suspend the use of all or part of the member services or expel members who fall under any of the following conditions without prior notice.
If you make a false declaration at the time of enrollment.
If someone else's member ID/password is stolen.
If you interfere with the operation of “がん@魅せ技”
If there is any act that violates each section of Article 5.
If CareNet determines that the member is inappropriate as a member.
Article 8 Changes in membership services, etc.
CareNet may change or temporarily suspend member services without prior notice to members, and members agree to this.
CareNet may suspend or terminate the provision of all member services for a long period of time by notifying members with one month’s notice.
Article 9 Responsibility of CareNet
CareNet shall not be liable for any damages arising from membership registration for “がん@魅せ技” or members' use of the service, except for ordinary and direct damages and damages caused by CareNet's intentional or gross negligence. will do.
Article 10 Virus/other force majeure
Although CareNet takes normal computer virus countermeasures and data backups, if damage occurs due to unpreventable computer viruses, natural disasters, or other causes not attributable to CareNet. shall not be held responsible in any way.
There is no guarantee that data on “がん@魅せ技” will not be lost or changed due to force majeure.
Article 11 Protection of personal information

Purpose of use of personal information
The purpose of use of personal information in “がん@魅せ技” is as follows. It will not be used for any purpose other than its intended purpose.
After registering as a member of “がん@魅せ技”, services will be provided based on the terms of use and personal authentication will be provided.
If you view content provided by a sponsoring company or use a series of such services, we will collect information such as the fact that you viewed content, the name of the member who viewed or used the content, the name of the work facility, the location of the workplace, the medical department, medical qualifications, and the contents of the questionnaire you answered. , disclosure to supporting companies that provide content.
Announcements from CareNet, recruiting and contacting interviewees for content creation.
Applying for surveys, events, monitors, etc., and sending gifts.
Answers regarding inquiries.
Disclosure of personal information to third parties
In principle, registered personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the member. Information will be disclosed only after the recipient and the content of the information have been specified and the member's consent has been obtained. However, in the following cases, registered contents may be disclosed without the member's consent to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations.
If the member determines that it will cause disadvantage to a third party.
When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the member himself/herself.
In cases where it is necessary for a national organization, local public entity, or a person entrusted by them to cooperate in carrying out the affairs stipulated by law, the member may assist in carrying out the affairs by obtaining the consent of the member himself/herself. In cases where there is a risk of hindrance.
If disclosure of personal information is requested by a court, public prosecutor's office, police, bar association, consumer center, or an organization with similar authority.
When disclosure or provision is permitted by law.
In other cases where CareNet reasonably determines that it is necessary to provide member services to the member.
Disclaimer
CareNet assumes no responsibility for the acquisition of personal information by a third party in the following cases.
When members themselves disclose personal information to a specific medical institution using the functions on “がん@魅せ技” or other means.
Use of statistical data
CareNet may create statistical data in a format that does not allow identification of individuals regarding registration information, the usage status of “がん@魅せ技”, the results of surveys conducted by CareNet among members, etc. Carenet may use statistical data that cannot identify individuals without any restrictions. In this case, the copyright shall belong to CareNet.
Identification
When responding to a request for disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of personal information, CareNet will use personally identifiable information (name, telephone number, email address, password, etc.) to identify the member. confirm. Carenet assumes no responsibility if information that can identify an individual is used by someone other than the member.
Article 12 Intellectual property rights
Intellectual property rights for all content included in “がん@魅せ技” belong to Carenet and are protected by copyright law, trademark law, design law, etc. However, this does not apply to manuscripts, photographs, videos, etc. created by information providers or persons commissioned by information providers.
CareNet may conduct various surveys, events, monitor applications, etc. for members. Through these, CareNet is able to reprint opinions and information posted by members on ”がん@魅せ技” into copyrighted works published by CareNet without the member's prior consent.
CareNet processes registered information other than information that can identify individual members and makes it available for use in various media edited and published by CareNet.
Copyright and all other property rights related to the information created by CareNet shall belong to CareNet.
Article 13 Compensation for damages
If a member violates these Terms and causes damage to CareNet, the member shall be obligated to compensate CareNet for all damages, whether direct or indirect.
Article 14 Changes to these Terms
CareNet may change these Terms at any time. All members will be deemed to have accepted the changes once they are displayed on “がん@魅せ技” for one month or notified to members.
Article 15 Governing law and jurisdiction
The governing law of the member service and these Terms shall be Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for any disputes arising regarding the member service or these Terms.
Supplementary provisions
This agreement will come into effect from March 13, 2020.
All telephone charges, internet connection costs, etc. for using “がん@魅せ技” shall be borne by the member.
